1. Introduction and Acceptance

Upon registration, you will create a username and password for your game65 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. game65 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

game65 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions on game65 are conducted in BDT. game65 does not charge players transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

The minimum deposit amount on game65 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. game65 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit limits at any time, with notice provided via the platform.

Withdrawal requests are processed by game65 within one to three business days of submission, subject to completion of any applicable verification checks. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the full KYC verification process. game65 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.

Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. game65 will not process a withdrawal to a payment method or account that differs from the one used to fund your game65 account, unless an exception is specifically approved by the game65 compliance team.

All account balances, bets, winnings, and promotional values are expressed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

game65 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, the T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. game65 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer has a stated wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, the use of coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and the misrepresentation of identity or payment method to qualify for a promotion. game65 takes bonus abuse seriously. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, their winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.

All bonuses and free bet credits issued by game65 carry an expiry date, which will be stated in the promotional terms. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used before the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, casino gaming, crash games, slots, and any other wagering activity conducted on the game65 platform. game65 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at any time. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the game65 system. Where a bet has been accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a human or technical error, game65 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes to the player. game65 will not honour winnings derived from manifestly incorrect odds, prices, or game configurations.

Betting on any event that you know or have reasonable grounds to suspect to be the subject of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other integrity violation is strictly prohibited on game65. game65 cooperates with relevant sports integrity bodies and may share information relating to suspicious betting activity where required.

game65 applies maximum bet limits to certain markets and events. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on game65. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the game65 platform in a manner not intended for human players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the game65 platform — including but not limited to the game65 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the property of game65 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the game65 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the game65 platform without prior written consent from game65. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by game65 and its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, game65 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the game65 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits — even if game65 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

game65 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages, or events outside game65's reasonable control may affect platform availability. game65 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as possible in such circumstances.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

game65 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the operation of player accounts and the provision of gaming services. 11. Amendments, Suspension, and Termination

Upon termination, any funds in your account that are not subject to investigation or forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Upon termination or closure of your game65 account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English-language version shall prevail.
